There are five fireplaces in the house. The one in the library has a one-piece marble surrounding, which cost $300 when it was installed in 1916. The library woodwork, including bookcases with leaded glass doors, is American walnut and is the only woodwork in the house which was designed to be left natural.
The library also contains a beautiful Art Deco chandelier and original art.
